DETAILS

Position title: Head of Sales and Marketing; Full-time position
Location: Coil + Drift’s studio in Jeffersonville, NY
Reports to: Company Owner

Position summary:
Head of Sales and Marketing is responsible for generating, building, and maintaining client new and existing relationships. They guide our cherished clients through our sales and production processes. They also work with the design team to generate print and digital marketing campaigns and write regular newsletters. Candidates should be
outgoing and good communicators. They should be motivated and comfortable working in a small team.

This position is full-time with competitive compensation, paid vacation/sick/holiday days, health insurance stipend. 5 days per week, 8 hours per day

Duties:
+ New client acquisition
+ Client relationships
+ Sales management
+ Print and digital marketing + communication
+ Perform in-person presentations and events
+ Produce high quality and consistent work by following the sales guidelines
+ Strive to meet sales goals set by owner

Pay:
$22 / hour

QUALIFICATIONS

+ High school diploma
+ 1 year of experience working in sales or hospitality
+ Skilled using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, or willingness to learn on your own
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Ability to understand the needs of customers, vendors, and team members
+ Ability to use 3D modeling software like SolidWorks or Shapr3D, or willingness to learn on your own
